As we expand into the U.S., we're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help us deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

The Role

As Operations Manager, you will oversee multi-site operations across branches, warehouses, and distribution centers. Your focus will be on inventory management, supply chain optimization, and process improvement using Lean principles. This is a strategic leadership role that drives efficiency, enhances customer satisfaction, and supports our growth in the HVAC wholesale distribution market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: Optimize workflows in inventory control, order fulfillment, and customer service across all locations.
  • Process Improvement: Develop SOPs, implement Lean/Kaizen initiatives, and scale best practices for productivity and cost reduction.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain: Ensure accurate inventory planning, procurement alignment, and timely restocking.
  • Team Leadership: Build a high-performance culture, deliver training, and lead change initiatives.
  • Customer Service: Maintain service excellence and resolve operational challenges impacting customer satisfaction.
  • Safety & Compliance: Champion health and safety programs, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in operations management, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management (HVAC, wholesale distribution, or retail preferred).
  • Knowledge of Lean principles (5S, Kaizen); Lean/Six Sigma certification is an asset.
  • Strong leadership experience managing multi-site operations.
  • Expertise in inventory management, supply chain processes, and ERP systems.
  • Proven ability to implement process improvements and drive operational efficiency.
