Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Medical Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team hours are from 3pm-11pm. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle various front desk operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
  • Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Answer phone calls, manage phone systems, and respond to inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Assist in managing inventory of front desk supplies.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent guest services.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • A positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards is beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.80-$18.00 per hour
