Afternoon Hotel Front Desk

**Job Summary**
**Duties**:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel services
- Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring all necessary details are accurately recorded
- Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in phone systems and basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with front desk operations and guest services is advantageous
