About the Role

In this full-time, in-office position (Mississauga), you will be responsible for:

  • Creating accurate and competitive insurance quotes
  • Receiving, reviewing, and processing client requests for policy changes
  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person support
  • Maintaining organized client records and documentation
  • Working closely with our brokers and underwriting partners to support clients effectively

Required Skills

  • You have around 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance (brokerage experience preferred)
  • You're comfortable working with quoting systems and policy management platforms
  • You're detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to providing top-tier service
  • You thrive in an office environment and enjoy being part of a collaborative team
  • RIBO licensed (an asset, but we can guide you through obtaining it if needed)
  • Well versed in MS Office
