Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced UiPath RPA Lead Developer to design, develop, and manage automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UiPath RPA development, a proven ability to translate business requirements into RPA use cases, and experience in SAP automation. This role requires leadership skills to guide a development team, manage existing use cases, and ensure successful client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of UiPath RPA solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into RPA use cases and deliver scalable automation workflows.
  • Develop and maintain RPA solutions for SAP systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Manage and support existing UiPath use cases, including troubleshooting and enhancements.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor team members on best practices.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Act as a client-facing lead, ensuring clear communication and successful delivery.
  • Work closely with IT teams for infrastructure and deployment support.
  • UiPath Admin experience (installation, configuration, Orchestrator management) is a plus.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in RPA development with UiPath.
  • Strong understanding of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot configuration.
  • Programming: C#, VB.NET, SQL
  • Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Expertise in SAP automation using UiPath.
  • Ability to convert business requirements into technical RPA solutions.
  • Experience in team leadership and project management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Knowledge of UiPath Admin tasks is an advantage.

Team Lead Skills

  • Proven ability to lead and manage larger teams in different GEO regions.
  • Should have a clear understanding and working experience in SDLC, CI/CD, Agile & Sprint programs.
  • Ability to Co-ordination with Application and Platform teams, Hyper-Care support, Performance optimization, Unit Test & Integration test support
  • Mentor and support other colleagues and L2 team for L3 Technical delivery
  • Managing services SLAs like availability (proactive monitoring) and incident resolutions as per SLAs
  • Strong client-facing role at the customer location or remotely.
