We are seeking a polished, professional Full-Time Concierge to join our team and deliver an exceptional level of service to our residents. Our building prides itself on offering a sophisticated living experience, and we are looking for someone who embodies warmth, attentiveness, and discretion.

Key Responsibilities Include:

· Greeting residents and guests with a high standard of hospitality

· Managing package deliveries and secure parcel room operations

· Coordinating visitor access and maintaining building security protocols

· Responding promptly to resident inquiries and service requests

· Monitoring common areas to uphold cleanliness and safety standards

· Managing amenity bookings and assisting with resident issues

· Liaising with property management and building vendors

· Logging incidents, maintenance requests, and concierge reports

· Providing general administrative support as required

Ideal Candidate:

· Previous concierge, hospitality, or customer-service experience

· Professional appearance and excellent communication skills

· Organized, attentive, and able to multitask effectively

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment

· Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering 5-star service
