Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our team in Ontario. In this role, you will be a vital part of our commitment to providing exceptional security and customer service, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
  • Monitor access points and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and provide information as needed.
  • Maintain security logs and report any suspicious activities.
  • Coordinate with security personnel and management to uphold safety standards.
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence efficiently.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
  • Support emergency procedures when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or security roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of security procedures is preferred.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bilingual abilities are an asset but not required.
