Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our team in Ontario. As a key point of contact, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients and visitors, embodying the company's values of reliability and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Monitor access points to ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Provide information and support to visitors, staff, and contractors.
  • Maintain a secure environment by conducting regular patrols.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies.
  • Collaborate with security personnel and management to uphold safety standards.
  • Manage communication systems such as intercoms or radios effectively.
  • Keep accurate logs of daily activities and incidents.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or security roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Knowledge of security procedures and protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Valid security license or willingness to obtain one (if applicable).
  • Bilingual abilities are considered an asset.
