We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Body Shop Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality vehicle body repairs, from minor cosmetic fixes to major collision damage restoration. This role requires a strong understanding of auto body repair techniques, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform vehicle repairs in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and accurately assess repair needs.
  • Repair and replace damaged body parts using appropriate tools and techniques (e.g., welding, sanding, painting, dent removal).
  • Ensure proper alignment and fit of body panels and parts.
  • Operate frame machines, welding equipment, and hand/power tools safely and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Document repair work completed, parts used, and time spent on each repair.
  • Collaborate with estimators, painters, and other technicians to ensure seamless repair process.
  • Perform quality checks to confirm repairs meet safety and quality standards.
