We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Assess vehicle damage and determine the necessary repairs
  • Perform body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and refinishing
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques to complete repairs efficiently
  • Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety standards
  • Document repair processes and communicate progress with management

Qualifications

  • Prior dealership experience is highly preferred
  • Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively
  • Experience in automotive body repair or related field is advantageous
  • Mechanic experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
