Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring safety and satisfaction for our customers.

Duties

  • Assess vehicle damage and determine the necessary repairs.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform bodywork, including welding, sanding, and painting.
  • Replace or repair damaged parts such as bumpers, fenders, and doors.
  • Conduct mechanical repairs as needed to ensure proper functionality of the vehicle.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Keep accurate records of repairs performed and parts used.

Skills

  • Proficient in using hand tools and power tools specific to automotive repair.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various vehicle issues.
  • Experience in a dealership or auto body shop setting is preferred.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during the repair process.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
