We're now seeking an
Independent B2B Sales Contractor
to drive Axon's adoption across
schools, universities, and HR departments
— helping organizations integrate inclusive tools that improve communication, productivity, and accessibility for everyone.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to introduce
    Axon
    to schools, post-secondary institutions, and inclusive workplaces.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers such as accessibility coordinators, administrators, and HR or DEI leaders.
  • Manage your own pipeline — from prospecting to closing institutional or enterprise-level contracts.
  • Collaborate with DYSL.IO's leadership and development teams to shape proposals, demos, and product positioning.
  • Represent DYSL.IO at networking events, virtual meetings, and within the broader EdTech and accessibility ecosystem.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and identify renewal or expansion opportunities.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in
    B2B sales
    ,
    EdTech
    ,
    SaaS
    , or
    accessibility solutions
    .
  • Comfortable approaching educational organizations, HR departments, and inclusion-focused institutions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — self-motivated and comfortable working independently on commission.
  • Passionate about accessibility, neurodiversity, and technology that creates real social impact.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate complex tools into clear value for decision-makers.

Compensation & Structure

  • Commission-only contractor role
    (Independent Contractor Agreement – not employment).
  • Earn
    15–20% commission
    on net revenue from closed deals.
  • Recurring commissions
    for ongoing institutional or enterprise contracts.
  • Flexible remote structure — work on your own schedule and strategy.
  • Performance-based bonuses and potential equity
