Crafty Elk is one of Canada's most exciting challenger brands in the ready-to-drink (RTD) cocktail market. Our Hard Juice cocktails combine premium vodka, real organic juice, and functional superfoods. With national growth on the horizon, we're expanding our Ontario sales force to drive grocery, convenience, and on-premise sales.
We're looking for dynamic Sales Representatives to champion Crafty Elk in Ottawa. The territory consists of:Renfrew, Perth, Brockville, Cornwall, Hawkesbury, Ottawa metropolitan city This is a boots-on-the-ground role for relationship builders who thrive in entrepreneurial environments and love winning new accounts.
Responsibilities
- Drive grocery/convenience account sales within assigned territory, ensuring strong distribution and visibility.
- Expand on-premise presence (restaurants, bars, clubs, hotels) through direct sales calls and relationship building.
- Build and maintain relationships with grocery and convenience buyers to expand off-premise footprint.
- Execute merchandising programs: displays, tastings, events, and in-store activations.
- Deliver monthly sales reports, account feedback, and competitive intelligence to management.
- Represent Crafty Elk at trade shows, tastings, and local events.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute regional promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of beverage alcohol, CPG, or on-premise sales experience in Ontario.
- Strong knowledge of LCBO system and procedures is a huge plus.
- Established network with bar managers, restaurant owners, and retail buyers (Ottawa preferred).
- Energetic, outgoing personality — comfortable hosting tastings and engaging customers.
- Entrepreneurial drive: ability to manage own pipeline, hit sales targets, and grow a territory independently.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
Compensation & Structure

- Growth opportunity to Territory Manager or Regional Sales Manager within 1–2 years.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
