Your Role

As a Flat Roofing Foreman, you will provide hands-on leadership by:

  • Leading and working alongside the crew on commercial/industrial flat roofing projects
  • Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications to give clear instructions
  • Planning ahead to ensure materials, equipment, and resources are ready for each phase of work
  • Maintaining accurate daily records, including crew hours, equipment use, and site activity summaries
  • Ensuring the job site is kept clean, safe, and organized at all times
  • Supporting positive team dynamics and resolving disputes when needed
  • Enforcing and modeling health and safety standards on every project
  • Representing the company with professionalism and a commitment to quality service
  • Performing job site setup, cleanup, and material handling
  • Participating in paid training and following all company safety protocols
  • Enjoying company BBQs, outings, holiday parties and team activities

What We're Looking For

  • 2 years of Flat Roofing Foreman experience (required)
  • Valid WHMIS 2015 and Working at Heights certifications (required)
  • Valid Driver's License (required)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage crews, schedules, and site documentation
  • Knowledgeable in health and safety best practices
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality workmanship
  • Skilled in torching and other flat roofing techniques
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
  • Strong reliability, teamwork, and safety-first mindset

Schedule

  • Full-time & permanent (40 hours/week)
  • Monday to Friday (occasional flexibility)
