**Your Role**
- Work with the roofing crew to install, repair, and replace commercial/industrial flat roofing systems (torch‑on, single‑ply, and more)
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
- Perform job site setup, cleanup, and material handling
- Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to complete projects on time
- Represent the company with professionalism on client sites
- Participate in paid training and follow all company safety protocols
- Enjoy company BBQs, outings, holiday parties and team activities

**What We’re Looking For**
- 3 years of flat roofing experience (required)
- Valid **WHMIS 2015** and **Working at Heights** certifications (required)
- Skilled in torching and other flat roofing techniques
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong reliability, teamwork, and safety-first mindset
- Experience in construction or mechanics is an asset

**Schedule**
- Full-time & permanent (40 hours/week)
- Monday to Friday (occasional flexibility)

- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
