This job is suitable for a person residing in Stouffville or Markham. We can accommodate the technician who has 6 months to 1 year or more experience in customer service and repair. This position requires you to be on-site. You must know how to repair Android/IOS/Tablets.

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in computer hardware, mobile devices, operating systems, and software troubleshooting. If you have a passion for technology and enjoy problem-solving, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on various devices including computers, mobile phones, and tablets

- Perform repairs following manufacturer guidelines and industry standards

- Utilize schematics and technical documentation to troubleshoot complex issues

- Provide exceptional customer service during repair interactions

- Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory

Skills:

- Proficiency in repairing computer hardware and mobile devices

- Knowledge of operating systems including Windows, Android, and iOS

- Familiarity with hand tools used in electronic repair

- Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting

- Experience in software troubleshooting and installation

- Prior experience in retail sales is a plus
