Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in troubleshooting and repairing a variety of electronic devices, including smartphones, tablets, and computers.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on electronic devices.
  • Perform repairs following manufacturer specifications.
  • Provide excellent customer service during all interactions.
  • Keep accurate records of repairs and inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in analyzing and resolving technical issues on Android, iOS, Windows, and MacOS platforms
  • Experience in software and hardware troubleshooting and operating systems.
  • Familiarity with retail sales environments is a plus.
  • Ability to use hand tools effectively for disassembly and reassembly of devices.

Please note you must be able to work part-time during our regular store hours which are Monday to Friday 9AM-7:30PM, Saturday 10AM-7PM, and Sunday 11AM-5PM.
