What You'll Do
Looking to kickstart your career in client service? As a
Client Service Associate
, you'll play a key role in supporting our client service team while learning the skills to grow into a future Client Service Manager. You'll help strengthen client relationships, ensure accurate records, and contribute to team projects that make a real impact:

  • Communication & Professionalism: Engage in clear, professional communication across emails, internal chats, meetings, and with custodial partners to ensure smooth collaboration and positive client interactions.
  • Account Record Maintenance: Keep client records up to date and well-organized, preparing review materials at least 48 hours in advance to support seamless client meetings.
  • Team Participation & Collaboration: Actively contribute to team projects and task management, collaborating with colleagues and taking initiative to problem-solve using available resources to meet client needs.
  • Accuracy & Task Completion: Consistently complete assigned tasks on time with outstanding attention to detail, thorough documentation, and follow-through—ensuring accurate client records and supporting overall team efficiency.
  • Resourcefulness & Collaboration: Identify when situations require input from other team members and take initiative to resolve issues using available tools and resources. Maintain a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive Communication: Provide timely updates to the Client Service team, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment across projects and client needs.
  • Client Engagement: Build foundational experience interacting with clients through email, phone calls, and in-person meetings, contributing to strong and lasting relationships.

Requirements
What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Education and Certification: High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • Client-Focused Communication: Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset.
  • Organizational Excellence: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely, accurate results in a fast-paced setting.
  • Team-Based Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal experts to ensure client needs are met.
  • Technology Proficiency: Ability to learn and develop proficiency with multiple internal platforms.
