We are seeking an experienced
Client Service Associate
to play a key role in delivering a consistently high-quality client experience and supporting the continued evolution of the firm's operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who brings strong judgment, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client service.

The Opportunity

This position sits at the center of the client experience. You will work closely with the advisory team and alongside existing client service professionals to ensure that client relationships, accounts, and internal processes are executed with precision and care.

Beyond day-to-day responsibilities, this role offers the opportunity to contribute perspective, experience, and ideas that help strengthen workflows, systems, and service standards as the firm grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primarypoint of contact for clients on day-to-day service matters
  • Support and execute client onboarding, account administration, and ongoing account maintenance
  • Prepare client meeting materials, reports, and documentation to a high professional standard
  • Maintain accurate and complete client records across custodial platforms, CRM, and internal systems
  • Coordinate with custodians, compliance partners, and external service providers
  • Execute compliance-related processes, including KYC, AML, documentation, and regulatory reporting
  • Play a central role during annual tax season, including gathering and organizing client tax documentation
  • Contribute to the refinement of internal processes, workflows, and systems
  • Participate in special projects and firm initiatives as needed
  • Optionally contribute to marketing, communications, or content initiatives

Experience & Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree from a reputable university
  • 5+ years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or financial services
  • Strong working knowledge of Canadian investment accounts and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex workflows with accuracy and discretion
  • High level of professionalism, sound judgment, and client-facing confidence
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM / portfolio management systems
  • Eligibility for registration as an Associate Portfolio Manager or Dealing Representative (or progress toward CSC, CFA Level I, or CIM) is a strong asset, but not required
