RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Answering customers inquires, directing calls, communicating at all times in a positive & professional manner.
  • Working together with colleagues.
  • Following up on customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner.
  • Problem solving to help customer resolve issues on first call.
  • Entering Data into various software programs.
  • Appropriately communicating with customers to resolve their inquiries.
  • Participating in additional training courses as required.
  • Performing other related duties and assignments as required by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

  • Previous Customer Service experience is an asset.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; or 1-3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be able to type minimum 25 words per minute.
  • Ability to organise and manage multiple priorities efficiently while meeting deadlines
  • The ability to use Windows operating systems and navigate between various windows.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and continuously demonstrate a high sense of urgency.
  • Detail oriented with an appreciation for processes and process improvements
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.

BILINGUAL: English/ French will be considered as an asset.
