Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Vaughan Mills ($20 per hour + commission). In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Duties

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Experience

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective client interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in Tradeshows Product Demo and Door to Door sales are an asset
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset are key attributes for success in this role.
