An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Oretta Hospitality Inc.

About The Role

The Restaurant General Manager (GM) is accountable for managing the daily activities of the restaurant, ensuring impeccable customer service, maximizing profitability, and overseeing management and staff. The GM sets the standard through leadership, oversees all aspects of restaurant operations and boosts business performance. They ensure compliance with operational procedures, quality expectations, and company policies.

About Us

Oretta first opened their doors in 2017 to provide Toronto's vibrant King West area with an authentic yet modern-day Italian culinary experience. In 2022, Oretta Midtown opened, and we are very excited to announce the opening of our third location, Oretta Downtown, opened in October 2025. We focus on delivering genuine Italian cuisine, emphasizing fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional cooking methods.

Our menu features a variety of classic Italian dishes with innovative twists on traditional recipes. The restaurant's design typically reflects a blend of classic Italian elegance with modern aesthetics. This is a full-time position that would require a mix of day shifts, mid shifts, and evening (closing) shifts, as well as ability to work on weekends and holidays
