As a
Fraud/Risk Analyst
, you'll work closely with clients and internal team members to create to protect ADP from financial risk. You will be responsible for monitoring the on boarding of all new SBS clients and existing clients' funding activities for all payroll platforms. The team reviews new clients at the onboarding stage to ensure there is no risk to ADP. in order to fund

payroll. The department also monitors and actions all high risk, high value clients ensuring funds are

received. This role contains both specific daily/monthly requirements and project work.

To do well in this job, you must be knowledgeable on a variety of topics, good at networking (personable) and able to work both as a team player and autonomously with minimal supervision. The Risk Funding Analyst is responsible for all daily operations, support and development of ADP's Financial Services Risk Team in coordination with Management. In addition the Fraud

Analyst will be responsible for Implementing, administering and reporting on client behavior, changes and overall team performance (monthly scorecard).

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Responsibilities

What You Can Expect On a Typical Day

  • Call handling. Every day, you'll use best practices for handling calls to provide excellent service.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert. You'll address requests from both internal teams and external clients.
  • Time Management. You will ensure adherence to the schedule outlined by management to meet client start dates and deadlines.
  • Build and maintain relationships. You'll manage strong, healthy relationships with clients and internal partners ensuring that expectations are clearly defined and met.
  • Collaborate. Work together with our internal support teams to help solve client requests.
  • Organize. You will be responsible for maintaining client requests within our record management system (CEH/SIEBEL).
  • Lead. You will be responsible in leading ongoing evaluation of existing and new financial systems/products and procedures.
  • Learn. You will be supported in maintaining your knowledge and proficiency in Reporting and Fraud systems.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
Requirements

  • Bilingual – French and English
  • Post secondary education with specialization in Finance.
  • Proven track record for delivering superior customer service
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Aptitude to learn new software applications.
  • Strong influencing skills, interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication – written and oral.
  • Banking or Payroll Industry Experience
  • Background experience in Fraud and Risk Management
  • Quebec candidates: While French is required for Quebec-based roles, use of the English language is also required due to the global nature of the business and the need to interact with ADP's headquarters and international sites.
