We work closely with contractors, engineers, and building owners to ensure optimal system performance. What You'll Do

As our Office Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring communication, documentation and internal processes run smoothly.

Your key responsibilities include:

· Managing all incoming/outgoing correspondence (calls, emails, mail, shipping)

· Transferring field data from worksheets to Excel-based reports

· Supporting the creation and formatting of presentations and documents

· General administrative support including filing, scanning, photocopying

· Maintaining and organizing internal records and reports

· Preparing documents for delivery to contractors and engineers

What You Bring Must-Haves:

· Secondary school education preferred

· 2+ years of admin experience (co-op or post-grad experience welcome)

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word) and PDF tools

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication

· Able to work independently and be resourceful in problem-solving

· Strong team player

· Friendly, customer-oriented attitude

· English, French not required

Nice-to-Haves:

· Prior experience in a construction, engineering or HVAC firm

· Familiarity with project reporting or technical documents
