CMC Markets is hiring a Customer Service & Sales Executive (Chinese Bilingual) in our Downtown Toronto office. This hybrid role blends client service and sales, perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves helping people, and is passionate about financial markets.

You'll support both new and existing clients—from onboarding and technical assistance to identifying upsell opportunities and providing an excellent customer experience. You'll work closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Client Services, and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging
  • Troubleshoot issues with accounts, payments, and platform access
  • Collaborate with our global teams
  • Maintain accurate records in our internal CRM
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of service, getting it right the first time

Sales & Client Growth

  • Support onboarding and effectively profile high-value clients
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Help promote products and services to existing clients
  • Contribute to lead generation, marketing, and brand-building efforts

What You Bring

  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) – Required
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or account management (preferably in finance or fintech)
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Familiarity or experience in trading global financial markets (Forex, CFDs, Equities, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy with CRM systems and support tools

  • $60,000–$65,000 base salary + bonus + commission
