About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Business Services industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience in telephone customer service and problem resolution
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Business Services industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
  • Processing customer orders and managing customer accounts
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
