About the role

Velixo is an Excel based reporting and automation platform tightly integrated with ERPs like Sage Intacct, Business Central, Acumatica and MYOB. More than 3,000 customers use Velixo to run faster, more reliable reporting and planning directly in Excel.

We are expanding our partner ecosystem and need a Partner Marketing Manager who can turn that into a repeatable, data driven growth engine.

You will own partner marketing across our VAR and ISV network for English speaking markets. You report to the VP of Marketing and work hand in hand with the Marketing Team, Partner Account Managers, Sales, Product and Operations.

This is a builder role. You will both design the programs and get your hands dirty executing them.

What you will do

Partner strategy and tiering

· Segment our partners into tiers based on revenue potential, fit and engagement.

· Define partner marketing plays and benefits by tier.

· Build and maintain partner marketing plans for top strategic partners while keeping programs scalable.

Programs and campaigns

· Design and run partner marketing programs that drive sourced pipeline: co-branded campaigns, email sequences, nurture, content and sales plays.

· Make better use of Crossbeam for account mapping, overlapping opportunities and joint campaigns.

· Move us away from generic demo webinars and low impact events toward focused, ICP driven programs.

Enablement and positioning

· Own partner facing messaging: who Velixo is for, how we are different, and when to bring us into a deal.

· Create and maintain partner toolkits: decks, one pagers, demo flows, email templates, landing page copy and battlecards.

· Partner with the education team on certification content and ensure it aligns with go to market priorities.

Comms and relationship management

· Own regular partner communications: write newsletters, launches, product updates, partner portal help content, campaign calendars and expectations.

· Equip Partner Account Managers with simple narratives, assets and plays to drive partner engagement.

· Be the marketing point person for partner questions and requests, triaging what to support and what to decline.

· Work with partners to nominate and develop customer case studies.

MDF and events

· Design MDF guidelines, proposals and approval criteria tied to revenue outcomes.

· Plan and evaluate partner events and sponsorships with clear objectives and measurement.

· Kill low performing activities and double down on what works.

Data and reporting

· Work with Ops and RevOps to define partner sourced and influenced metrics and dashboards.

· Track performance of partner programs, MDF and events in HubSpot and our reporting stack.

· Use data to prioritize where to invest: partners, plays and channels.

What success looks like in 12 months

Your primary scorecard: partner sourced pipeline and bookings, win rate, deal size, partner activation and MDF ROI.

· Partner sourced pipeline increased significantly, with clearer attribution.

· Higher win rate and larger average deal size for partner sourced opportunities.

· Faster time to close partner sourced deals.

· Increase in active, enabled partners and certification adoption.

· A clear partner tiering model and program catalog in place.

· MDF and events budget tied to measurable ROI and used with discipline.

· Partner feedback that Velixo is easy to understand, easy to sell and well supported.

What you bring

Must haves

· 5 years in B2B SaaS marketing with at least 3 years in partner or channel marketing.

· Experience working with VARs, SIs or ISVs, ideally in ERP, finance or adjacent ecosystems.

· Proven track record designing and running partner programs that drove sourced pipeline and revenue.

· Comfortable owning HubSpot campaigns and reporting for partner communications and programs.

· Strong grasp of data and funnel metrics: you can build a simple dashboard, read it and adjust.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You can write crisp partner emails and build clear decks.

· High bias for action and ruthless prioritization. You know when to say "no" and when to over deliver.

· Ability to work cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, Partner Management, Product and Ops.

Nice to have

· Experience with Crossbeam or other account mapping / partner tech.

· Background in finance, FP&A, or ERP ecosystems like Sage Intacct or Acumatica.

· Experience building partner certification or enablement programs.

· Comfortable working in a high growth environment where not everything is defined.

How you will work

· Report to the VP of Marketing.

· Work closely with Partner Account Managers, the evangelist, events marketing and content marketing.

· Influence and deploy partner MDF budgets in line with strategy and ROI.

· Operate as a senior individual contributor who can own programs end to end rather than just "support" others.
