We're separating and officializing our next chapter,
Vision Bleu Media
, a marketing powerhouse dedicated to scaling Vision Bleu LED's presence
and
managing paid advertising for select third-party businesses.

We understand that the

we're looking for a
Managing Partner / CEO
to
lead, build, and scale
Vision Bleu Media from the ground up.

Requirements

  • Social Media Marketing:
    Manage Vision Bleu LED's content & campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Paid Advertising:
    Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.).
  • Creative Strategy:
    Develop video scripts, ad concepts, and high-performing creatives that tell our story.
  • Client Growth:
    Build relationships and manage marketing partnerships with external businesses.
  • Team Leadership:
    Recruit, train, and lead media buyers, editors, and creators to form a full-scale agency team.
  • Reporting & KPIs:
    Track ROI, performance metrics, and agency profitability.


Your Mission

  • Grow Vision Bleu Media into a
    $100,000/month agency within 12 months.
  • Scale Vision Bleu LED & Partners' digital presence across
    Quebec, Canada & USA.
  • Create a
    profitable, data-driven marketing division
    that fuels conversion & expansion.

Partnership Structure

  • Profit Sharing:
    Earn net profits from Vision Bleu Media.
  • Equity Incentive:
    Earn equity upon reaching $100,000/month revenue under 12 months.
