Working with us will expose you to the world of Canadian & US finance, and you will collaborate with our clients listed on the TSX, CSE, OTC, and NASDAQ.

About the Role

Connect 4 is looking for a motivated student to join our team as a Digital Marketing & Admin Assistant. This is a part-time, entry-level opportunity designed for someone eager to learn hands-on digital marketing, advertising tech, and agency operations while working alongside experienced marketers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing ad tech platforms, including setup, basic optimization, and troubleshooting
  • Monitor advertising performance and help identify what's working versus what's not
  • Prepare advertising reports and analytics summaries for internal review and client delivery
  • Support SEM initiatives, including keyword research, page optimization, tag implementation, and performance monitoring
  • Assist with writing ad copy, planning creative concepts, script content, and contributing to articles
  • Collaborate with the landing page and website team to ensure proper tracking and campaign alignment
  • Handle administrative and organizational tasks as needed to support the marketing team

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in undergraduate or postgraduate program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, paid advertising, and analytics
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Experience with WordPress, Webflow, design tools, or ad management platforms is a strong asset (but not required)
  • Interest in capital markets, finance, or investing
