Reporting into the Director of AGI Marketing, the Candidate will be responsible for leading franchisee marketing efforts withing our Aldo Group International division. They will be accountable to drive the brand, help in achieving sales objectives and drive digital growth in the Middle East region with focus on acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive marketing priorities (Digital First) and build seasonal marketing strategies, plans, and budgets along with partners including calendars, initiatives, instore amplification and activations, paid media, CRM, loyalty, social and influencer strategies; define media spend allocation and mix.
  • Ensure 360 execution excellence and commercialization of brand with partners focusing on Top Partners.
  • Drive Digital growth plans and analytics, prepare digital marketing plans with focus on paid media and social.
  • Drive brand in territory and collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve targets including special activations for top stores, festivals
  • Prepare strategic and executive presentations, pitches and support leadership team in elevating development work in the region.
  • Assess in-season performance and develop initiatives to address performance gaps
  • Collaborate with Brand teams to create and adapt campaigns considering the regional diversity; manage mechanicals
  • Work on regional campaigns post production schedule, campaign mechanicals briefs, internal approval presentations and handover to partners
  • Manage regional hub content and collaborate with partners to maximize ROI. Work on expanding influencer and social impact to build brand awareness and equity.
  • Coordinate with Account Management, Brand, Omnichannel, Public Relations, Social Media & Visual Merchandising teams on in-season rollout

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A., B.Sc., BComm., etc.), MBA is plus
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, specifically in the fashion/beauty retail industry
  • Digital Native; is a must, solid hands-on digital marketing / media
  • Certificate and training in digital marketing, Google Analytics and Facebook business manager is a must.
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written for international communications.
  • Arabic speaking and writing are an asset
