This is your chance to be the first in this role — to help us grow smarter, not just bigger, and shape how Lampkin shows up in the construction world. You'll have the freedom to create, connect, and lead the way.

What You'll Own

Hybrid role with two key focus areas:

1) Client Growth & Relationship Building (70%)

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities with architects, contractors, developers, and builders.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Attend networking events, site visits, client meetings, and industry functions.
  • Collaborate with engineers to create proposals and quotations.
  • Own the early-stage sales pipeline, follow up, and nurture leads.

2) Brand Visibility & Team Culture (30%)

  • Manage Lampkin's social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and help create engaging content.
  • Organize team-building events, client appreciation functions, and community engagement activities.
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives to elevate Lampkin's visibility online and in-person.
  • Help shape the story of who we are and how we show up in the market.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (bonus if in construction, engineering, or trades).
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
