We're looking for motivated individuals to join our Customer Service & Sales Representative team and serve as the frontline connection between Rogers and its customers.

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing personalized support, resolving issues, and helping customers understand how these top-tier internet and telecommunications products and services can improve their everyday lives. You'll use your communication skills and problem-solving abilities to build trust and deliver a best-in-class experience with every interaction.

Responsibilities of our Customer Service & Sales Representative:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with billing inquiries, plan upgrades, sales process, technical support, and general account questions.
  • Provide tailored solutions by identifying customer needs and promoting the latest services, devices, and offers.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of product knowledge for internet and

wireless plans, promotions, and devices to effectively educate and guide customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Accurately document customer interactions, sales, and service details in CRM systems.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions to stay informed about new products and service updates.

Qualifications of our Customer Service & Sales Representative:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; upper-level coursework or a degree is preferred, but not required
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, telecommunications, or a related field is desired.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, actively listen, and remain composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations and meet performance metrics.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the local office.
