About the Role:
Our client, a leader in their industry, is looking for a
B2B
Customer Service Associate
with manufacturing or distributor experience to join their Vaughan team. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver professional support in a B2B environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service by handling inquiries and requests via phone and email.
Process orders accurately and ensure timely follow-up with business clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships.
Navigate ERP and CRM systems to manage customer accounts and transactions.
Support day-to-day customer service operations as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year working in manufacturing or distributor environment
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (B2B experience preferred).
Post-secondary education in Business or a related field is an asset.
Strong technical skills with ERP/CRM systems and MS Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
