Veterinary experience is preferred but not required for the right candidates and we're happy to train to grow together. As a fear free practice, the certification of Fear-Free is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Great customer service.
  • You will be expected to answer a multi-phone phone line and assist clients with questions

    in a professional manner.

  • You MUST be comfortable and proficient on a computer

  • We are looking for someone who is well-spoken, polite and eager.

  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and treatment plans
  • Clean and maintain examination rooms, kennels, and other areas of the clinic

Requirements:

- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic is preferred.

- Previous experience working in a customer service is required.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
