We are a small animal clinic run by a dedicated and professional Veterinarian and support staff. We pride ourselves in being able to give undivided attention on an individual and personal basis.

You must be honest, friendly, patient, and enthusiastic with clients and their pets; a hard working team player with strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work independently.

And of course, loving ALL animals is a MUST :)

**Roles and Responsibilities**

Veterinary Receptionist/Manager:

- Assisting the Dr. with restraining and handling pets in a proper manner during treatments and surgeries related jobs
- Provide onsite leadership and oversight of the veterinary health care team in order to maximize overall business performance of the hospital
- Promote a cooperative working environment among staff members; understand the value of teamwork; show enthusiasm and willingness to perform as necessary to help the practice function as a unit.
- Handling in-lab machines.
- Creating patient invoices and estimates
- Maintaining medicine and food inventory
- Maintaining medical notes in order
- Sending insurance claims for patients
- Maintaining and handling cash/invoices/till honestly

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Have a commitment of at minimum one least one year with age limit 19 and above
- Fluent English is a requirement and Fluent Mandarin is preferred
- Veterinary Reception experience is must
- Efficiency with computer programs (Avimark).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
