As we expand, we're looking for a high-performing New Business Account Executive to drive revenue growth and support our expansion plans. If you're passionate about digital advertising and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities.
- Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build strong client relationships through in-person and virtual meetings.
- Pitch and sell digital ad products.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to launch and manage campaigns.
- Track and forecast sales activity using CRM tools.
- Monitor competitors and explore new markets to drive growth.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in outside sales experience in media and/or digital advertising.
- Proven success selling digital ad solutions (display, content, social, video, etc.).
- Media planning and agency experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience, grit, and a growth-driven approach.
- Highly organized self-starter with a passion for building long-term client partnerships.
