Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create visually appealing graphics and content using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Manage social media accounts using tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
  • Analyze social media performance using Google Analytics to inform future strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to promote products through targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns.
  • Proofread all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand voice.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, graphic design, and social media best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven 3 experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design tasks.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research techniques.
  • Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns is highly desirable.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics to drive strategic decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
