Pacific Quorum (Vancouver Island) – Rental Property Manager

Pacific Quorum (Vancouver Island), a Vancouver Island-based Property Management company, is looking to add an experienced Licensed Rental Property Manager to our growing team. The Position:

Based out of our Courtenay office with some travel requirements, you will manage a mixed portfolio of rental properties in and around the mid-island area. Experience with Rental Building Management is preferred. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Tenant placement & relationship management – Ensuring high-quality service for both property owners and tenants.
  • Day-to-day operational management – Overseeing maintenance, inspections, and compliance.
  • Financial & administrative oversight – Handling property budgets, reporting, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Rental Property Management License in BC with a minimum of one year of experience in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the Real Estate Services Act and tenancy regulations.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record and a roadworthy vehicle.
  • Availability for evenings and weekends as needed.
