**Pacific Quorum (Vancouver Island) - Rental Property Manager**

Pacific Quorum (Vancouver Island), a Vancouver Island-based Property Management company, is looking to add an experienced **Licensed Rental Property Manager** to our growing team. **The Position**:
Based out of our **Courtenay office with some travel requirements**, you will manage a **mixed portfolio of rental properties** in and around the mid-island area. Experience with Rental Building Management is preferred. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Tenant placement & relationship management** - Ensuring high-quality service for both property owners and tenants.
- **Day-to-day operational management** - Overseeing maintenance, inspections, and compliance.
- **Financial & administrative oversight** - Handling property budgets, reporting, and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- **Rental Property Management License** in BC with a minimum of one year of experience in a related field.
- **Strong knowledge** of the **Real Estate Services Act** and tenancy regulations.
- **Valid driver’s license** with a clean record and a roadworthy vehicle.
- **Availability for evenings and weekends** as needed.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
