DOOH Network Development Manager
We innovate | We have tenacity |We empower | We get things done | We are unique |We have fun
As the Network Development Manager, you drive and execute GSL Media's network expansion across British Columbia — both outdoor digital billboards and indoor digital displays. You will leverage your business development, real estate negotiation, regulatory strategy, construction oversight, and project delivery skills to secure and build high-value locations. You are a pro at balancing commercial opportunity with regulatory compliance and community engagement, serving as a bridge between our sales, operations, and leadership teams.
Entrepreneurial and persistent, you are comfortable prospecting, negotiating, and problem-solving in complex real estate and regulatory environments. Politically and culturally aware, you're capable of navigating municipal frameworks, First Nation partnerships, and government approvals with professionalism and diplomacy. You have the rare ability to balance strategy and tactics, able to take a site from concept through approval, construction, and activation while understanding the economics of DOOH assets; including revenue potential, ROI, and partnership structures.
This is a hands-on development and delivery role that requires fieldwork, relationship building, and the ability to manage projects through to completion.
You already have extensive experience in OOH or real estate development, particularly with digital or infrastructure assets and a proven ability to negotiate land leases, licenses, and development agreements. In an ideal world, you've developed a working knowledge of British Columbia's sign bylaws, zoning, and permitting processes and have the financial literacy to support feasibility assessments, budgeting, and forecasting for new sites.
Of course, you possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional, credible presence.
If you are an experienced DOOH expert with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, passionate about digital and ready to make a meaningful impact on the success and growth of GSL Media, don't delay, now is the time to click "apply now" Your future awaits
GSL Media, one of the GSL Group of Companies, is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We value diversity and are dedicated to providing a work environment that is free from harassment and discrimination. All employment decisions are made based on qualifications, job requirements and business needs.
