We're on the lookout for a Senior Network Engineer to join our dynamic client teams. In this role, you'll drive the service delivery and optimization of complex network and security infrastructures, triage cyber security cases and support seamless service delivery. Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the operation, optimization, and reliability of enterprise-grade network and security infrastructures (LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Firewalls).
- Lead the planning and execution of complex network changes, upgrades, and migrations ensuring minimal disruption and alignment with client SLAs.
- Respond to high-level escalations, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve critical network issues with a calm and analytical approach.
- Triage and classification of cyber security incidents based on severity, including initiation of appropriate response measures.
- Close collaboration with our Blue Team as part of Tier 1 SOC operations for our MDR (Managed Detection & Response) customers.
- Collaborate with international colleagues and stakeholders to align on project goals, share insights, and drive standardization and innovation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, workflows, and documentation, ensuring smooth service delivery and operational efficiency.
Benefits
- Base salary of $100K-$135K
- Generous vacation entitlement beginning at 3 weeks' vacation, increasing to 4 weeks' vacation from 3 to 5 years of service, and 5 weeks' vacation at 5 years of service.

- State of the art IT equipment provided
- International working environment with regular team check-ins and virtual socials
- 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience working with complex Cisco networks, including routing and switching, wireless, and/or network security (Cisco ASA, Firepower, or Palo Alto).
- CCNP certification.
- Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment preferred
- Strong understanding of ITIL-based service delivery, preferably in environments using platforms like ServiceNow.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to take initiative, make decisions under pressure, and drive solutions to completion.
- Clear and confident communication skills in English, both spoken and written—able to explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- German language skills are a significant advantage (but not required), as many customers are based in Switzerland.
- A collaborative and proactive mindset, with experience working in remote and multicultural teams.
- Growth mindset and a bias for action with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Possess current Canadian work authorization (sponsorship not available)
- Able to travel internationally as needed to attend onboarding and onsites in Switzerland at headquarters as well as trade shows, conferences, and other events
- Impeccable record of conduct and professional integrity including a clear criminal record background check and credit check
