Montana's is hiring a Host at our Victoria location
Montana's is where BBQ-lovers, friends and family alike get together in an energetic gathering place to devour mouth-watering favourites fresh off the grill. We're looking for friendly, down-to-earth Team Members who are passionate about cooking or serving the best BBQ in Canada and want to have a great time doing it.

As a host, you make the first and last impression on each and every Guest that enters Montana's. You are responsible for creating a great atmosphere with your smile, high energy and welcoming personality.

What Will You Do In This Role

  • Greet and welcome Guests when entering the restaurant
  • Manage the Guest Flow, table turns and seating
  • Accurately complete all set up and closing procedures
  • Answer the phone in a pleasant manner and respond to Guest inquiries
  • Manage a wait list and interact with Guests
  • Offer a friendly final farewell to Guests
  • Thank Guests for joining us and invite them to return

  • Dynamic, energetic and self-confident personality
  • Excellent communication, social and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to work as part of a team and help contribute to a positive Guest experience, however necessary
