Role Description

This is a contract role for an Admin/Marketing Assistant. Located in Victoria, BC, this is a hybrid role allowing for some work from home. The Admin/Marketing Assistant will handle various administrative tasks, conduct market research, provide customer service, and assist in sales and marketing activities. Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating events, managing communications, and supporting sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Market Research and Sales
  • Proficiency in Sales & Marketing
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
