Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service experiences. The successful applicant will contribute to creating delicious dishes, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
  • Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
  • Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and restaurant policies
  • Support the team in meal preparation during peak hours to ensure efficient service

Skills

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook in a restaurant setting
  • Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of food industry best practices and kitchen operations
  • Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
