Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual for the position of . This role is essential for ensuring high-quality construction and restoration services. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in various construction-related tasks, demonstrating expertise in both residential and commercial projects. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site.

Duties

  • Perform construction estimating to assess project costs and materials.
  • Execute trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and cabinet installation with precision.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks.
  • Read blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Engage in concrete forming, plastering, and stucco application as needed.
  • Conduct rebar installation and masonry work for structural integrity.
  • Participate in roofing, siding, and flooring installation projects.
  • Carry out water damage restoration and mold remediation tasks.
  • Handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job site.
  • Assist with fixture installation, door hanging, and caulking duties.
  • Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects and construction painting.
  • Demonstrate maintenance person experience across multiple disciplines including plumbing and electrical work.
  • Fabricate components as required for specific projects using CNC machinery when applicable.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the construction industry with a focus on carpentry and restoration.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes including metal stud framing, tile laying, and assembly.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols on construction sites is essential.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Previous experience in the restoration industry is highly desirable.
  • Must be physically fit to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
