1. Journeymen ($30-$35)

2. 2nd -4th year apprentice carpenters ($27- $32 /hr),

Hart Tipton Construction is one of Vancouver's premier custom home builders of unique highly detailed modern homes that grace the covers of many magazines. Learn to work with state of the art building techniques and new materials.
- Well rounded carpenters with emphasis on high end finishes and highly detailed trim.
- Must be capable of working efficiently without supervision with min 5 years carpentry experience on custom residential construction.
- Must have own vehicle
- Must have architectural concrete formwork experience (scribing rock, stairs, curved walls etc)
- back framing experience (light valances, frame in fireplaces etc)
- high end framing (working with complex structural steel, stair framing, hand framed roofs)
- finishing experience
- are detail oriented and want to work on premiere homes and consider yourself an artisan

3. Photos of previous custom RESIDENTIAL construction experience.

**Salary**: $25.00-$39.00 per hour
