Bosecke LLP is seeking a reliable, professional, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role requires someone who will maintain a consistent presence during business hours and support the smooth daily operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries with strong phone etiquette
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it remains tidy and presentable at all times
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier arrangements
  • Provide administrative support including scanning, filing, data entry, and basic document preparation
  • Support lawyers and staff with general office tasks as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold firm policies at all times

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role, preferably in a professional services or legal environment
  • Excellent punctuality, reliability, and time-management skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills and polished phone manner
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in clerical tasks and data entry
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Unity Accounting, and/or Unity Practice Management Software is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: CA$42,000 – CA$55,000 per year, depending on experience
