Napier Outdoors is a leading innovator in automotive camping products, dedicated to enhancing the outdoor experience through quality, creativity, and partnership. We work closely with some of North America's most recognized retailers and automotive brands to bring adventure to life.

We are seeking an experienced and outgoing Sales & Partnership Development Specialist to drive new business opportunities, strengthen existing relationships, and support category growth across our retail and OEM channels. The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-focused professional with a passion for business development and strategic collaboration.

Key ResponsibilitiesNew Partnership Development

  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage new B2B clients through targeted research, professional outreach, and virtual meetings to increase market share.
  • Retailer Acquisition: Recruit and onboard new retailers by preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and managing contract documentation.
  • Partnership Development: Collaborate with aligned brands and influencers to create mutually beneficial marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor product trends, channel performance, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and reporting.

Current Client Expansion

  • Category Growth: Partner with buyers and category managers at major retailers (e.g., Costco, Best Buy, Bass Pro) to develop and execute category growth strategies.
  • Retail Marketing: Coordinate with the marketing team to design and implement in-store programs and point-of-purchase materials to drive sell-through.
  • eCommerce Strategy: Support clients' digital channels by optimizing product listings, managing online promotions, and securing featured placements.
  • Promotional Planning: Develop promotional calendars, negotiate pricing, and maximize exposure opportunities.
  • Product Listings & Launches: Audit retailer websites, maintain accurate and engaging product content, and assist with new product introductions.
  • OEM Partnerships: Work with OEM accessory teams and agencies at brands such as Ford, GM, Honda, and Nissan to develop collaborative marketing programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or partnership development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in developing new business and managing key accounts.
  • Experience working with national retailers and/or OEM partners is an asset.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
