Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing delicious pizzas and ensuring that all food safety and handling standards are met.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
  • Ensure the quality of ingredients used in pizza preparation, including dough, sauces, and toppings.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and cooking equipment.
  • Follow food safety guidelines to ensure safe food handling practices at all times.
  • Assist with meal preparation for other menu items as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Help train new kitchen staff on pizza preparation techniques and food safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in making hand streched pizzas is must
  • Knowledge of food handling and food safety regulations is essential.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, evenings and weekends as required.
