**Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and managing dough.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper food handling practices.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality of food served.
- Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols as needed.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is must, particularly in pizza preparation and handtossed pizzas.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen.
- Familiarity with various cooking methods, equipment, and kitchen tools used in the food industry.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.
- A passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.

Pay: $17.20-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
